My family’s connection to Islip, NY runs deep. In 1968, my father, Hank File, opened his State Farm agency here, beginning what has now become more than 60+ years of service to the Islip, NY community.

I originally opened my own agency in Valley Stream, NY, and in 1992, I relocated to Islip, NY, continuing our family’s longstanding presence and commitment to this area.

A little more about me: I graduated from the University of Delaware and spent 12 years in Commercial Finance before beginning my career with State Farm in Valley Stream, Nassau County, New York. In 1992, I moved the agency to Islip, NY, into the office building our family built in 1986. Our office remains in Islip, NY, directly across from Islip Town Hall, and continues to serve customers throughout New York State, from Buffalo, NY to Montauk, NY. We proudly assist customers across Suffolk County, NY and Nassau County, NY, including Bay Shore, NY, West Islip, NY, Islip Terrace, NY, East Islip, NY, Great River, NY, Oakdale, NY, Central Islip, NY, Bohemia, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Nesconset, NY, Babylon, NY, Sayville, NY, Patchogue, NY, Kings Park, NY, Brentwood, NY, Smithtown, NY, and St. James, NY.
